- TikTok 授权店铺与建联数据（通过官方 API）： 当您主动通过官方 OAuth 2.0 流程授权连接店铺时，我们在您授权的 Scopes 范围内获取：
- 店铺基础信息（Shop ID、店铺名称、绑定区域）；
- 达人邀约记录、私信沟通日志及会话标识（用于协助您执行自动化触达与跟进）；
- 达人样品领样、发货履约进度及关联合作订单编号（用于样品追踪与履约分析）；
- 官方公开提供的达人带货类目与基础统计数据（用于建立聚合达人库与匹配推荐）。
- Cookie 与身份令牌： 为确保系统正常运转与鉴权有效性，我们会存储必要的 Cookie 与 Token 凭证，用于验证登录有效性，绝不用于跨站商业追踪。
- 系统日志与安全信息： IP 地址、浏览器类型、操作系统版本、访问时间及操作日志，用于防范恶意攻击与保障系统稳定性。
二、 信息的使用目的
我们收集的信息将严格用于以下明确合规的目的：
- 执行您在工作台配置的达人批量邀约、私信触达模版发送与进度追踪；
- 提供达人样品寄送协同与视频履约数据汇总看板；
- 验证操作者身份，防范恶意刷单、高频违规调用或破坏平台生态的行为；
- 向您发送关键服务通知、API 状态更新与技术支持响应。
三、 TikTok Shop 开放平台数据合规与保护承诺
作为 TikTok Shop 开放平台的第三方应用技术服务商，我们做出如下不可撤销的合规承诺：
- 最小必要原则： 仅申请和调用满足业务功能所必需的 API 权限包（Scopes）；
- 绝对禁止数据买卖与变相转让： 绝不将通过 TikTok Shop 接口获取的任何商家数据、达人信息或买家个人敏感信息（PII）出售、出租、转售给第三方广告商、数据中介或用于未经授权的商业用途；
- 企业级高强加密存储： OAuth Access Token、Secret 凭证及敏感数据均使用行业最高标准强加密算法（如 AES-256）加密存储，并在隔离的云原生数据库中运行；
- 授权撤回与数据安全销毁： 若您在 TikTok 商家后台解除对本应用的授权，或在工作台发起解绑，我们将在 30 个自然日内彻底销毁关联的临时缓存凭证与店铺接口调用记录。
四、 数据的共享与第三方披露
除以下法定情形外，我们绝不向任何第三方披露或共享您的数据：
- 事先获得您的明确书面授权与许可；
- 根据适用的法律法规、司法判决或国家监管部门的强制要求；
- 为调查重大安全漏洞、防范欺诈及维护平台系统基础设施安全所必需的情形。
五、 您的权利与账号注销权益
按照相关法律法规，我们充分保障您对自己数据与账户的控制权：
1. 查阅、更正与删除权
您有权随时查阅或导出您的账户信息与建联数据，若发现信息有误，可申请更正。当您停止使用我们的服务，可向我们提出删除历史数据的请求。
2. 账号注销机制与处理流程

- 注销审核与处理时限： 我们将在收到注销申请后的 3 个工作日内 完成合规审核并进入注销流程。
- 注销后果： 账号注销完成后，您将无法再使用该账号登录系统，账号内的所有店铺关联凭证、建联历史日志等数据将被彻底物理删除或不可逆匿名化处理，不可恢复。

2. Purpose of Processing

- Managing creator sample fulfillment pipelines and video posting performance analytics;
- Preventing account hijacking, abusive API spamming, or violations of platform rules;
- Delivering critical service notices, API health updates, and technical support responses.
3. TikTok Shop API Data Governance Commitments
As a verified third-party developer in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, we make the following solemn commitments:
- Principle of Least Privilege: We request and consume only the minimum API scopes required for core functionality;
- Zero Commercial Data Selling: We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or transfer merchant data, creator details, or buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to advertising networks or data brokers;

- Verification & SLA: We review and process account cancellations within 3 business days upon verification.
- Consequences: Upon cancellation, your account is permanently deactivated, and all associated merchant credentials, outreach history, and tokens are permanently destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.
