欢迎使用由 淮安格韵农业发展有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“本公司”）提供的 TikuHub 电商数字化服务系统（以下简称“本服务”）。在您注册、登录或使用本服务之前，请仔细阅读本《服务条款》（以下简称“本条款”）。您访问或使用本服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。
一、 服务内容与授权范围
TikuHub 专注于为跨境电商卖家提供 TikTok Shop 达人精准筛选、触达沟通协同、样品寄送与履约跟进、以及店铺运营数据分析等专业软件功能。我们授予您一项有限的、个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，以便您合规使用本平台提供的软件服务。
二、 用户账号与合规使用义务
用户在使用本服务时应严格遵守以下约定：
- 您应当年满 18 周岁且具备完全民事行为能力，提供真实、有效、合法的注册身份信息，并对妥善保管您的账号及登录凭证承担全部责任；
- 账号仅限初始注册主体本人或本企业授权员工使用，严禁赠与、借用、出租、转让或倒卖；
- 您应确保您通过本服务发起的所有达人邀约与商业推广活动，均严格符合所在地法律法规及 TikTok 平台政策；
- 严禁滥用行为： 严禁利用本服务发送垃圾骚扰信息（SPAM）、欺诈误导言论，严禁使用爬虫抓取系统数据或对平台系统实施逆向工程、反编译及破坏网络安全的行为。
三、 账号注销与终止机制
- 注销申请方式： 用户如需注销账号，可向官方客服邮箱 support@tikuhub.com 发送注销申请；
- 注销条件与时效： 申请账号应处于正常状态且无未决纠纷。我们将在收到申请后的 3 个工作日内 完成合规审核并进入注销流程；
- 注销后果： 注销完成后，该账号将无法再登录系统，账号内的所有店铺授权凭证、建联历史日志等数据将被彻底删除或不可逆匿名化处理，且无法恢复。
四、 第三方服务与 TikTok 平台政策
本服务的部分能力通过对接 TikTok Shop 官方开放接口实现。您在使用本服务时须同时严格遵守《TikTok 开发者条款》及《TikTok Shop 商家服务规则》。因您自身违反第三方平台运营规则导致的店铺处罚、限流或封禁，本公司不承担连带赔偿责任。
五、 知识产权声明
本服务包含的所有代码、软件架构、用户界面设计、图表、商标（包括 TikuHub 标识）及技术文档的所有知识产权均归 淮安格韵农业发展有限公司 依法所有。未经书面许可，任何人不得擅自复制、衍生开发或非法商用。TikTok 及相关图形标识均为其所属权属方所有的注册商标。
六、 免责声明与责任限制
本服务按“现状”和“可获得”的基础提供。我们尽最大努力保障系统高可用，但不就网络不可抗力、电信运营商故障或第三方平台（如 TikTok）官方接口突发调整导致的业务受阻承担衍生连带责任。在法律允许的最大范围内，本公司的赔偿责任总额不超过您过去 12 个月内向本平台支付的服务费用总额。
七、 法律管辖与联系方式
本条款的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时应友好协商解决，协商不成的，应提交本公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。如有疑问，请联系官方支持团队：

Welcome to TikuHub ("Service"), provided and operated by Huai'an Geyun Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "Company"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before registering, accessing, or using our website at tikuhub.com and related digital services. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and License Grant
TikuHub offers software tools for TikTok Shop cross-border merchants, including creator discovery, automated outreach, sample fulfillment tracking, and performance analytics. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software.
2. User Accounts & Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing our Service, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity; maintain accurate, current, and complete corporate registration details;
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential; accounts may not be leased, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties;
- Ensure all creator outreach, collaboration invitations, and marketing messaging comply with local legal standards and TikTok Community Policies;
- Prohibited Actions: Never broadcast unsolicited spam (SPAM), deceptive solicitations, or deploy scrapers, reverse-engineering tools, or automated attacks against our platform infrastructure.
3. Account Cancellation & Data Purge
- Cancellation Channel: Users may submit account cancellation requests by emailing our support desk at support@tikuhub.com;
- SLA & Review: Provided there are no unresolved commercial disputes, cancellation requests are audited and processed within 3 business days;
- Consequences: Upon cancellation, account access is permanently terminated. Associated store authorization tokens, messaging history, and database entries are permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized.
4. Third-Party Platforms & TikTok Ecosystem
Our capabilities interface with official TikTok Shop APIs. You agree to simultaneously respect all applicable TikTok Developer Policies and TikTok Shop Seller Agreements. The Company assumes no liability for penalties, store suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms resulting from a merchant's non-compliant activities.
5. Intellectual Property
All software architectures, interfaces, code, visual designs, brand names, and documentation associated with TikuHub are the exclusive proprietary property of Huai'an Geyun Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. All rights reserved. TikTok is a registered trademark of ByteDance Ltd. or its respective affiliates.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication outages, force majeure, or upstream platform API deprecations. In all events, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the platform in the preceding 12 months.
